About this role
We are looking for a PRF Operations Senior to join our Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will monitor suspicious activity across our Casino and Sportsbook, managing chargebacks, and analyzing player wagering and bonus behavior to stop fraud in its tracks. As a key point of reference for internal teams, you will handle high-level escalations, and help guide daily workflows to ensure our team hits its performance goals. If you have at least two years of iGaming fraud experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive attitude toward crisis management, we want you on our team!
What you do:
• Manage chargebacks and payment disputes
• Review suspicious activity across Casino and Sportsbook
• Analyse player behaviour, betting patterns, wagering activity, deposits, withdrawals and bonus usage
• Stay updated on fraud trends and threats
• Develop and improve fraud alerts and procedures
• Act as a point of reference for any escalations made by the internal operational teams
• Review all high level escalations related to Payments, Fraud & Risk
• In charge of processing large withdrawals
• Monitor daily volumes and guide the workforce to ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met
• Assist management with monitoring the team performance and assisting with monthly QA
• Take care of incoming emails from Payment Service Providers and other external 3rd parties
• Adequately carry out all day-to-day Operational duties set out by management
• Other ad hoc departmental tasks as delegated to the Employee by the Management team
• Manage out of hours incidents and knowing what to do in time of crisis
Requirements:
• An awesome team player, eager to improve the Operations team
• Minimum 2 years of Payment, Fraud and Risk experience
• Experience in Fraud, Abuse Detection or Fraud Prevention in iGaming
• Strong knowledge of bonuses, wagering activity and common abuse strategies
• Knowledgeable on igaming processes related to KYC, AML & RG
• Good communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment
• A genuine interest in supporting people and finding creative solutions
• You have a positive can-do attitude and a flexible approach
• A strong interest in the gaming industry (sports, gaming, poker, betting)
