Carolina Cabin Rentals is hiring on the Guest Services team! Carolina Cabin Rentals, Inc. is a full-service vacation rental management company, with 400+ properties located in the Boone area. We're looking for responsible, positive, and hard working individuals to join our Guest Services Team. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive group of professionals

As a Guest Services Team member you will:
• Use your communication skills to serve current and incoming guests effectively and with a positive attitude;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Develop an understanding of the vacation rental industry.
This position is perfect for someone who:

• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
