Position Title: Future Marketer – Summer Program 2027 Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site at Adcom, Downtown Cleveland) Program Dates: June 7 – June 30, 2027 Schedule: Monday – Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $1,200
About the Program
The Adcom Future Marketers Program is a robust four-week initiative designed to give undergraduate students a strong foundation in modern marketing principles and agency operations. Through a mix of lecture style learning, hands-on client projects, and mentorship, participants will gain practical experience and professional insight that prepares them for future internships and marketing careers.
Students will engage directly with real-world marketing challenges, explore industry tools and techniques, and experience the fast-paced, collaborative environment of a full-service marketing agency. Extended internships may be available to a select few participants, with priority given to rising seniors and graduates.

Priority admission is given to rising seniors and recent graduates. Extended summer internships may be available for select participants based on availability and skill set.
