Job summary
The role is an administrative role within the Enhanced mental health primary care team. The team are based in primary care and this role itself will be providing administrative and clerical duties to the team including supporting on group planning, delivery and operational support.
The role is to provide efficient and reliable administrative and secretarial support to the clinical team, supporting day-to-day service delivery and ensuring that records, correspondence and systems are maintained accurately and in line with Trust policies.

Main duties of the job
Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the clinical team, including typing letters, reports and minutes.
Manage diaries, meetings and appointments, including organising meetings and distributing relevant information.
Receive, process and respond to emails via the team's shared inbox.
Maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems in line with record-keeping standards.
Support data collection and entry for audit, service activity and performance reporting.
Assist with subject access requests as directed by senior staff.
Support routine IT and equipment administration, including ordering and returning equipment and maintaining accurate records.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
Communicate professionally with service users, carers, visitors and staff, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Record contacts and information accurately within patient or service records, in line with Trust policy.
Manage own workload effectively and escalate concerns or urgent matters appropriately.
