Job summary At Spire Leicester Hospital, we're looking for a Scrub Nurse or ODP to join our high-performing theatre team. You'll be part of a supportive environment delivering a wide range of orthopaedic procedures, working alongside experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
Main duties of the job You'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care, including: * Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures (e.g. joint replacements, arthroscopy, and minor procedures) * Supporting the theatre team across the perioperative pathway * Preparing equipment and ensuring theatres are safe and compliant * Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and wider MDT * Contributing to clinical quality, governance, and continuous improvement * Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture

The Role
You'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care, including:
