About CellKonnect
CellKonnect is a growing wireless retail store in Caledon, specializing in *Rogers and Fido mobile plans, smartphones, device activations, accessories, and customer service.*
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused *Wireless Sales Associate* to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell Rogers and Fido mobile plans, smartphones, and wireless services. * Assist customers with new activations, upgrades, and number transfers. * Recommend suitable mobile plans and devices based on customer needs. * Explain promotions, financing options, and service features. * Achieve individual and store sales targets. * Upsell accessories and additional wireless services. * Maintain accurate customer records and complete transactions. * Keep the store organized and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
* *Previous Rogers or Fido sales experience is an advantage but NOT mandatory.* * Retail sales, wireless, telecom, or customer service experience is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident in approaching customers and closing sales. * Willingness to learn wireless plans, products, and activation systems. * Basic computer skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexible availability, including weekends.
