*Job Summary*
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, friendly interactions, and efficient food and beverage delivery.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff * Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, managing multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills
*Qualifications*
* Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude * Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly * Understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in a restaurant setting * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods * Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve guest interaction and upselling techniques
Pay: $18.60 per hour
