*Position:* Residential HVAC Technician
*Job Summary:* We are seeking a skilled and dependable Red Seal HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-conscious, and committed to providing high-quality workmanship.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Install HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, and ventilation equipment. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues and complete repairs efficiently. * Test system performance and ensure equipment operates safely and according to manufacturer specifications. * Explain repair options, maintenance recommendations, and system operation to homeowners. * Complete service reports, work orders, and other required documentation accurately. * Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition. * Follow all safety procedures, building codes, and environmental regulations. * Respond to emergency service calls as required. * Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent. * HVAC certification or completion of a recognized HVAC training program. * Red Seal Training Completed * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Experience installing and servicing residential HVAC systems preferred. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Physical Requirements:*
* Lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more. * Work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders. * Stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods. * Work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
