Director of Operations Prairie PoCUS Location: Remote | Reports to: Medical Director (Ankit Kapur) | Type: Full Time Prairie PoCUS is looking for a driven, dependable Director of Operations to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, brings strong leadership and organizational instincts, and is invested in building efficient, scalable systems. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, manages people and priorities well, and communicates clearly across every level of the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations; establish policies, procedures, and performance standardsIdentify process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and cost effectivenessTranslate strategic goals into operational plans; monitor KPIsLead, mentor, and support operations staff; build an accountable team cultureOversee staffing, onboarding, training, and performance managementManage operational budgets, forecast needs, and control costs with financeOversee systems/tools; ensure regulatory, safety, and organizational compliance; build for scaleServe as key contact for operational issues and stakeholder alignment QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience); 7+ years progressive operations/management experience; proven leadership; strong analytical and decision-making skillsPreferred: Master's degree or certification; experience scaling multi-site operations; healthcare, education, or service industry experience Skills: Strategic thinking, communication, budget management, process improvement, change management, adaptability What We Offer: Competitive salary, real leadership impact, collaborative mission-driven team, growth opportunities
