Position: Full Time Permanent
Probation Period: 6 months

Pan Am Rehabilitation Services is a private physiotherapy clinic located within the Pan Am Clinic and is currently seeking a full-time Physiotherapy Aide . The Physiotherapy Aide will assist with patient treatments under the supervision of a Registered Physiotherapist. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
*MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist physiotherapists with the preparation/application/removal of hot and cold packs, removal of electrical modalities
- Prepares clients for their physiotherapy appointment by welcoming them and bringing them to their designated treatment space.
- Ensure the physiotherapy clinic and equipment are always kept clean
- Maintain clinic tidiness/appearance
- Fabricate soft orthotics, fit custom orthotics in footwear
- Laundry
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
*QUALIFICATIONS: *
- Previous experience working in a physiotherapy clinic as a Physiotherapy Aide preferred
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong ability to interact with other healthcare professionals, the clinical staff and the public is essential
