BRGR BOYZ is now hiring a dedicated and energetic Line Cook to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Support the serving staff by ensuring timely preparation of dishes for service
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of the food industry operations and customer service principles
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
