About Us
We are a busy, fast?growing restaurant in Lindsay looking for reliable, hard?working kitchen staff. Experience with Indian dishes is a *strong advantage*, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and line work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support daily kitchen operations as needed
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Experience with Indian cuisine is a *major plus*
- Ability to work in a fast?paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
