Tasks
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Train meat cutters. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Food safety/handling skills. Organize and maintain inventory. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?.
