• Maintain feature summaries, requirements inputs, release trackers, FAQs, decision logs, dependencies, action registers, and readiness checklists.
• Support defect and client-issue triage by gathering facts, screenshots, timeline, scope, business impact, affected clients, prior behavior, and open questions.
• Coordinate follow-up across Product, Product Owners, Technology, QA, Operations, implementation, and Support while keeping ownership visible.
• Participate in roadmap, intake, refinement, release, and readiness meetings and document decisions and actions.
• Use collaboration and tracking tools to organize multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.

• Help monitor adoption, enrollment, usage, transactions, campaign performance, support inquiries, operational metrics, and client feedback.
• Review reports and dashboards and summarize trends, gaps, and questions for senior Product Managers.
• Partner with UX, Marketing, Operations, and Support to understand drop-offs, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Analytical and customer-oriented problem solving with curiosity about payments, digital banking, SMBs, AP, AR, or cash-flow management.
