What are your contributions to the team? Conduct regulatory compliance assessments of chemical storage areas. Identify waste streams by operational area as part of the on-site recycling optimization project. Map atmospheric emission sources across the site. Review and enhance pre-use vehicle inspection checklists. Review and improve selected Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) training materials. Classify Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) by area of use within the MSDSonline platform. Perform any other related Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) duties in support of ongoing projects. How to thrive in this role? You are currently enrolled in a graduate-level program (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management. You possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail. You have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Boarding Information: Location: Marcel-Laurin Plant 1 Duration: 8 months Flexible workplace-Hybrid It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
