Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems, Windows registry concepts, Strong analytical and technical skills, IT security awareness, working knowledge on endpoint antivirus like CrowdStrike, windows defender. Microsoft O365, ITIL process awareness, working knowledge of ticketing tools like Ivanti, service now.
