Reports To Head of Learning & Development and Talent Management Job Purpose Participate in a comprehensive training program designed for fresh graduates, rotating through various IT Units at the bank. Gain hands-on experience and develop a broad understanding of IT functions while contributing to departmental projects and initiatives. Generic Accountabilities 2. Corporate Governance and Compliance Work fully within risk policies and procedures and compliance regulations and ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks Specific Accountabilities • Department Rotation: Rotate through assigned IT units to gain practical experience and insights into core functions and operations. • Learning and Development: Engage in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning to develop technical skills and industry knowledge. • Project Participation: Assist in divisional projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and support to enhance processes and solutions. • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and mentors to understand best practices and gain exposure to various IT roles. • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, progress, and feedback to support personal development and performance evaluations. Job Success Factors Education Diploma Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Information Sciences and Technology Experience • Fresh graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT with a willingness to learn and adapt. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
