To enhance our successful IT Center of Excellence Team in Leoben, Austria , we are looking for a passionate Project Manager - Digital Transformation in Manufacturing In your role, you will be responsible for shaping the digital transformation of our high-tech production environment. Working at the interface between IT and Production, you will support our manufacturing operations across PCBs and IC substrates, turning technological possibilities into practical solutions that enhance the way we work. Connecting production needs with technological possibilities and identifying where digital solutions can create real value will be at the heart of your role. You will bring together people, processes and technology and drive ideas from opportunity through to implementation in our production environment. Beyond managing timelines and budgets, digital transformation is ultimately about people. Your ability to create enthusiasm for new ways of working, bring different stakeholders together and turn ideas into tangible improvements will make the difference. Your Responsibilities Drive digitalization and transformation projects across our production environment in Leoben Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and digitalize manual or fragmented processes Act as a bridge between IT, Production and technical stakeholders, translating operational needs into practical digital solutions Explore technologies and best practices that can improve our PCB and IC substrate manufacturing operations Challenge existing processes constructively and develop pragmatic solutions together with the people who use them Take ownership from initial idea through implementation and navigate obstacles, dependencies and competing priorities Engage stakeholders from the shopfloor to technical experts and management and build commitment for change Manage project scope, priorities, risks and progress with a clear focus on implementation and measurable operational value Your Profile Relevant education in IT, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or a comparable field Experience in project management, digital transformation, IT implementation, process improvement or a related field Experience in manufacturing, production or an industrial environment is highly desirable Strong interest in digital technologies and how they can improve complex production processes Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to question established approaches Ability to understand both technical and operational perspectives and connect people from different functions Strong stakeholder and change-management skills with the ability to create momentum and bring people along High level of ownership, curiosity and pragmatism, combined with sound judgment when navigating challenges Very good English skills; German is an advantage Our Offer A meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environment Chance to actively contribute to AT&S´ success and to create value A structured and tailor-made onboarding program along with continual training opportunities Modern company canteen with freshly prepared meals every day Free parking spaces and e-charging stations Diverse health measures and a wide range of employee benefits Ready for a new challenge to advance your career?
