Your new responsibilities Ensures material availability for engineering builds, including material ordering Coordinate engineering builds including reservation of machine capacity, engineering resource (engineer, technician or operator) Schedule and prioritize engineering build Ensures smooth engineering sample build, DOE execution, and line readiness Drive yield improvement activities What we look for Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or relevant field. 3 - 10 years in semiconductor field. Candidate with Project Management skills or experience will have a strong advantage. Knowledge in schedule, resource planning, material & capacity planning Strong analytical skill, systematic problem solving approach skill, statistical knowledge, very careful and detailed-oriented personality. Good report-writing and data analysis skills are required. An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project is required and knowledge of Microsoft Access will be an advantage. Must have good interpersonal skills and very good communication skills to liaise between different departments/groups.
