About the Job: Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely execution of marketing activations with eRetailers based on brand objectives. Analyze performance and build learnings to improve efficiency and optimize media spending across eCommerce and Quick Commerce. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Strategy Understand marketing objectives of the various brand and category teams and plan eRetailer activations in line with these objectives. Translate each category’s larger marketing objectives into a plan to make products available and scale them up on eCommerce and Quick Commerce. Own end-to-end planning, from launch to execution, for products on eCommerce and Quick Commerce platforms. Drive the strategy, planning and execution of growth for the category in the eCommerce channel. Execution & Coordination Work closely with agency partners, brand teams and eRetailer category teams on creative development within brand and platform guidelines and ensure deployment on platform. Coordinate with the media agency and eRetailer teams to ensure timely execution of activations as per the agreed activity calendar; ensure hygiene on activity completeness and PFME management. Partner with eRetailers and respective KAMs to plan and execute activations for NPD launches and eComm exclusive packs. Analytics & Media Effectiveness Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of eCommerce activations; develop and document learnings by category and platform to leverage in future activations. Drive effectiveness and efficiency of all Retail Digital Media spends. Qualifications & Experience: MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing. 4–6 years of experience in eCommerce category management or with digital marketing companies. Solid understanding of the FMCG industry and its market dynamics. Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals with experience of managing a P&L. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
