Summer Semester 2027 – limited to 3–6 months YOUR TASKS: Further develop an existing measurement setup for characterizing optical sensors and assemblies Automate individual processes using motorized rotary tables and actuators Design and construct fixtures to integrate the required measurement and testing equipment into the setup Select suitable measurement and testing equipment and support the procurement process Implement the developed solutions, verify their functionality, and document your results in detail YOUR PROFILE: Studying Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable degree program Initial experience in mechanical design and working with CAD systems Knowledge of MATLAB or Python is an advantage Independent and solution-oriented approach to work Excellent teamwork and communication skills Innovative mindset and an interest in further developing technical measurement systems Contact: Sarah Disch
