Your Contribution • Responsible for assembling various Fiber opti/Medical units. • Prepare tubing; assemble fiber bundles. • Works under instruction with drawings to assemble mechanical parts. • Grinds and polishes fiber optics assemblies with guidance. • Basic understand for the manufacturing documentation, EDS & FOD requirements. • Provide feedback regarding production issues. • Label and package products, make boxes. • Maintain appropriate levels of work supplies • Work with manufacturing and engineering to make suggestions for process improvement. Share personal experiences with others. • Measure dimensions related to prints. • Under Supervision set-up tests according to appropriate test procedures. • Coordinate efforts to make team schedules and quality goals. • Meets utilization targets and standard times. • Accurately enters Database/SAP transactions in the computer. • Maintains daily records, including labor sheets and routers. • Responsible for observing and following all Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures. Your Profile • Must be able to read, write, and speak English. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Self-motivated and results oriented. • Ability to work in a team oriented environment. • Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination. • Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required. Hourly Pay Ranges: Level C ($19.00-$21.50); Level B ($22.00-$24.50); Level A ($25.00-$27.50) Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
