Position Summary
· The Radiology Assistant plays an important role in delivering an outstanding patient experience within our MRI department.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and assist patients professionally.
· Escort patients throughout the imaging process.
· Assist with wheelchairs and patient transport.
· Position patients on MRI table.
· Complete electronic charting and documentation.
· Maintain HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Healthcare experience preferred.
· Strong customer service skills.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
· Work in proximity to a high-powered MRI magnet.
· Assist with patient transport and positioning activities.
