About this role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors in non-production areas
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and properly dispose of waste
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces in accordance with facility standards
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizers
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervision in a timely manner
• Maintain janitorial equipment in good working order
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned to support facility needs
Qualifications
• Prior janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, dust, and cleaning chemicals
Work Schedule
This is a part-time position with one of the following assigned shifts:
• Evening: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
Schedule may vary based on operational needs. Rotation of Saturday work, if needed.
Compensation
• $23.82 per hour
