HIRING EVENT! Steel Fabrication - Lebanon, TN (Oct. 28th 9am-2pm)
You're invited to our on-site, In-person, Hiring Event on Wednesday, October 28th, from 9am – 2pm. This is your chance to meet our team, learn about open roles, and interview on the same day.
We're offering a $1,500 Sign-on bonus and paid on the job training!

Hiring for all shifts:
• 1st shift (Monday – Friday 6am - 2:30pm)
• 2nd shift (Monday – Friday 2:30pm - 11pm)
• 3rd shift (Monday – Friday 10pm - 6am)
Positions we will be hiring for and what you'll do:
• Laser Operator (1st and 3rd shift)
• Press Brake Operator (2nd and 3rd shift)
• Punch Press Operator (1st and 2nd shift)
• Warehouse Assembly (1st shift)
What You'll Do
• Set up, program, and operate Laser, Press Brake, or Punch Press equipment
• Inspect parts and make machine adjustments
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Assemble, prepare, process, and package final products for shipping
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
