Endodontist Opportunity – Laveen & Avondale, AZ
Part-Time | 4 Days per Month
$25,000 Signing Bonus
Gentle Dental is seeking an Endodontist to join our established practices in Laveen and Avondale, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist looking for a highly flexible schedule while benefiting from an established patient base and a strong network of internal referrals.
With a schedule of just four days per month, you'll support two established Gentle Dental practices and receive direct referrals from General Dentists within our network. Our experienced clinical and operational teams handle the day-to-day practice support, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional specialty care.

Schedule
4 days per month
• 2 days per month in Laveen

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Certificate from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
• 1+ year of experience preferred
• Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
• Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI
