Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk you have the responsibility to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:
• Deliver welcoming, professional, and efficient service to every guest.
• Quickly address guest questions, concerns, and requests to ensure a positive experience.
• Accurately process charges and payments while following established cash-handling procedures.
• Serve as a key point of communication for guests, team members, management, and other hotel departments.
• Stay knowledgeable about hotel programs, special offers, brand standards, and safety and emergency procedures
