Responsibilities include assisting new residents, developing customized care plans, and performing clinical tasks. For this role, you must have current NMC registration and knowledge of the latest clinical practices, especially concerning dementia. Experience in creating detailed care plans and risk assessments is needed, along with comprehension of frameworks like DoLs/MCA. The bank position offers varying hours to cover for leave situations.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Current NMC registration, good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices related to dementia, experience in care plan development and risk assessments, understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
