Main duties of the job As a Senior Cardiac Radiographer, you will:
See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy
Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for Cardiology patients
Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment and facilities
Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
Supervise and develop junior colleagues
Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion
Experience of working in Cardiology and Cath Lab

As a Senior Cardiac Radiographer, you'll have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification and high levels of technical knowledge. Ideally, you'll also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
As a Senior Cardiac Radiographer, you'll have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification and high levels of technical knowledge.
Experience Essential
Ideally, you'll also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately.
