How you will contribute to SLM's vision

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth operational procedures at our Larnaca hub. In this role, you’ll lead and support our Drivers, providing daily guidance, training and operational excellence. You’ll handle driver portfolios, monitor performance, analyze feedback and propose improvements, while staying adaptable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll empower our Drivers to exceed customer expectations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

What you will be doing

Serve as a key liaison for our Drivers, offering unwavering support and guidance (e.g. daily check-in, driver's app training, support via chat/calls, merchant support, monitoring driver's route, etc.)Assist in the warehouse traffic management plan and executionCollaborate with Operations, Warehouse, HR and Support teams to receive and keep track of Drivers' assessment and overall performanceObserve, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made (e.g. daily loading procedure)Provide technical support and oversee the company’s fleet of commercial vehiclesSchedule and monitor vehicle maintenance and repairsArrange and handle vehicle transfers to/from service stations and workshopsRecord and maintain complete maintenance history and documentationManage and log accident incidents, ensuring proper reporting and follow-upOffer immediate communication and assistance to Drivers in cases of breakdowns or accidentsRequirements

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldExperience in a fast-paced working environmentPrevious experience in Logistics or Operations is considered a strong plusSkills
