ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and process customer orders into the order management system in a timely manner.Verify order details such as pricing, product codes, and quantities to ensure accuracy.Coordinate with sales representatives and customers to clarify order information and resolve discrepancies.Communicate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.Maintain updated records of orders, returns, and exchanges for reporting purposes.Assist with inventory checks to support order availability and stock management.Identify and escalate any issues related to orders, such as delays or errors, to the appropriate team members.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.Proven experience in order entry, data entry, or related administrative roles.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in processing orders.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.Proficiency with order management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with team members and customers.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
