We’re looking for a driven, hungry, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative ready to find new leads and drive outbound growth in the UK market.
The role, what you'll doAt Dext, we know the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. As our Account Manager, you'll be the link between our valued partners and Dext, managing your own portfolio, prioritising effectively, and building the kind of relationships that drive long-term success. Act as the primary point of contact for all client concerns and needsBuild and strengthen long-term partnerships across your portfolioIntroduce new, additional, and premium products tailored to each partner's needs and pain-pointsMaintain accurate client records, tracking contract updates and renewalsUse our passive account management (PAM) tools and market awareness to prospect and forecast selling opportunitiesDevelop a deep understanding of Dext's product suite to maximise upsell and cross-sell activityDrive growth in monthly recurring revenue and average invoice valueCollaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless buying and deployment experienceBuild a successful buyer journey that mitigates churn, contraction, and cancellation
About you, what we're looking forSkills & experience
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaSProven track record of consistent customer engagement and high client satisfactionA challenger mindset: you know how to push thinking while keeping empathy front and centreStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skillsAn active listener who builds trust quickly with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levelsCommercially sharp, with solid knowledge of SaaS metrics and GDR targetsBeginning to find new ways to drive value from relationships, connecting advocates to new partners, spotting opportunities others missKnowledge
Previous success in a B2B sales role with phone-based customer engagementYou love numbers and are motivated by hitting Gross Dollar Retention targetsStrong business acumen and the ability to manage portfolio health across adoption, opportunity, risk, and advocacyBehaviours
