About the Opportunity Dentons Business Services EMEA is currently seeking an Intern to join our Finance Team. This is a great opportunity for a positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn. As an intern, you’ll gain first-hand insight into how the Finance department operates within a global law firm environment.
About the Role
Supporting the billing team with day-to-day tasks related to the billing process (providing flexible assistance with ad hoc duties)Generating and preparing billing documents such as proformas and simple invoice draftsVerifying and updating data and documents in internal systemsPerforming quality checks on data entered into internal systemsGenerating reportsDrafting email communications in English, creating manuals and refreshers, and updating proceduresAssisting with internal projects and campaignsRequirements
University student, ideally with a focus on economics, finance, or a related fieldFluent in English, both written and spokenAn excellent communicator, both verbally and in writingProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and WordDetail-oriented with strong organizational, data, and reporting skillsA critical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Able to work independently and take initiativeA team player with a collaborative approachAvailability minimum 30 hours per weekBenefits
