Deliver high-quality lessons that engage, challenge and inspire pupils Create an inclusive classroom environment where all learners feel supportedWork collaboratively with colleagues to plan, assess and develop the curriculumContribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and pastoral support Play a key role in ensuring high standards of progress and achievement
We are seeking someone who is:
A passionate and reflective practitioner with strong subject knowledgeCommitted to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupilsPositive, creative, and able to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleaguesDedicated to continuous professional growth and teamwork(For ECTs) Ready to learn and grow, with full support and mentoring providedCommitted to supporting the ethos and values of our school community
