About this role
We are looking for:
Someone who has experience working with children with SEND and supporting the wider staff team; ideally those with experience working with children with ASCExperience of delivering targeted interventions and support programmes for pupils with SEND, including implementation of provision specified within EHCPs.An intelligent, considered and talented individual to support children with SEND to be the best they can beA warm, compassionate and driven person who won’t give up on childrenSomeone who is equipped with the personality and skills to build relationships with children, staff and parentsAn ability to use initiative and complete their work to a high standardAn ambitious person who will add value to our schoolSomeone with a good sense of humour who is willing to fully engage in the life of the school community and truly embraces ‘Investment in GOLD standard'.
