We are an ambitious, growing fintech scaleup seeking a Lead Azure Platform Engineer to help shape our technology as the business expands. Youll have autonomy to influence our platform strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and technology decisions, working closely with engineering leadership and wider technology teams. The role offers a genuine 50/50 balance of hands-on engineering and technical leadership, with responsibility for a team of three platform engineers. We offer a salary of up to £115,000, depending on experience, a bonus opportunity, and a generous benefits package. The role is fully remote across the UK, with one day per month in London.
