Requirements: Were looking for experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or technology-focused environment.We require one to two years of practical experience using AI technologies.Were looking for experience building applications and automations with AI-assisted development tools.You should be able to turn plain-language business requirements into working prototypes quickly.You should have experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code for correctness, security and maintainability.Were looking for knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI and Azure.You should have strong stakeholder-management and requirements-gathering skills.You should take a practical, creative approach to solving business problems.You should understand data governance, security and compliance.You should be able to produce clear process maps and concise documentation.Experience with Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Antigravity, Power Platform AI capabilities or Azure AI Foundry would be advantageous.Familiarity with vibe coding, agent-assisted development or building agents in Azure AI Foundry is desirable. Responsibilities: Well translate business requirements into practical digital solutions, prototypes and applications.Well use AI tools to generate, refactor and debug code.Well review and refine AI-generated code to ensure it is accurate, secure and maintainable.Well design and deliver applications and automations across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI and Azure.Well develop AI initiatives from minimum viable products through to production-ready tools.Well build and deploy collaborative Microsoft 365 solutions, including team workspaces, workflows and document-sharing tools.Well gather and structure high-level business requirements.Well produce process-flow diagrams and concise supporting documentation.Well iterate on solutions with stakeholders to ensure they meet business needs.Well evaluate emerging AI and low-code technologies and assess their potential business value.Well apply data-governance, security and compliance requirements to all solutions.Well support effective handover and adoption across the business. Were a global organisation with an £18 billion business, offering extensive training and development. This Digital AI Business Analyst role is based in Canary Wharf, London, with hybrid working: two office days per week, including Tuesday and one other day of your choice. The basic salary is up to £55,000, plus a 13% performance bonus, for total potential earnings of approximately £62,000, and there may be a salary review of up to 10%. The role offers training and career-development opportunities. Our Canary Wharf office is accessible from across London and the Home Counties, including Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
