Were an established and growing technology business looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help shape the next stage of our engineering function. This is a hands-on leadership role with real technical authority. Were building a new PMS product incrementally on top of a substantial legacy .NET platform, creating engineering challenges involving architecture, scalability, resilience, and improvements to a live system. The role is based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, with hybrid working and a minimum of three days per week in the office. Salary is up to £90,000, depending on experience.
