Requirements: Proven track record delivering vendor-led SaaS implementation projectsExtensive technical project management experience, ideally with external clients or third-party customers, balancing competing priorities and tight deadlinesStrong discipline in maintaining project plans, risk and issue logs, action trackers, and project governanceSound knowledge of the software delivery and implementation lifecycle, with an interest in best practiceCollaborative approach and comfort working across pre-sales, software engineering, delivery, and customer success teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced setting and welcome changeConfidence engaging with senior and executive stakeholders, internally and externallyCommitment to continuous improvementRelevant certifications are desirableFinTech or financial services background is desirableExperience with ADO or Azure DevOps Boards is desirable Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day delivery of client implementations of our core SaaS platformBuild and maintain project plans balancing delivery speed, resource, scope, and budget across approximately three to four concurrent projects, typically with a three-month turnaroundApply suitable methodologies and processes within a hybrid Agile and Waterfall functionTrack and report progress, milestones, and momentum across concurrent projectsLead status meetings with project teams and clients, recording decisions, actions, risks, and issuesGuide, mentor, and motivate less senior Project ManagersResolve blockers and handle client queries and escalationsRaise risks and issues promptly and agree mitigations with internal teams and client project leadsCreate or lead the creation of project documentation, including charters, plans, issue logs, test plans, and go-live runbooksPartner with Customer Success, Delivery, and Marketing colleagues to build satisfied, referenceable clients and identify growth opportunitiesForecast resourcing needs to support company-wide planningOwn client engagements from kick-off through go-live, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track Technologies: AzureCloudDevOpsSupportLESSMarketingProject Manager More:
