Requirements: 15+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials.Strong recent experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Cloud ERP.Deep knowledge of Oracle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP) and Fixed Assets (FA).Full lifecycle Oracle implementation and production support experience.Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Experience leading small to medium-sized Oracle support and delivery teams.SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and interface support.Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred.Hands-on functional and technical expertise in Oracle Financials delivery, support and solution architecture.Familiarity with requirements gathering, solution architecture, finance systems, Jira, ServiceNow, finance transformation and stakeholder management. Responsibilities: Act as the technology lead for Finance applications across the region.Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver Oracle-based solutions.Lead the support, enhancement and rollout of Oracle Financials applications.Provide hands-on solution design, configuration and troubleshooting expertise.Manage Oracle Financials integrations and interfaces.Lead and mentor a team of Oracle subject matter experts.Ensure data quality, controls and governance across Finance systems.Drive process improvements and automation across Finance operations.Facilitate architecture, governance and design authority sessions. We are an international banking organisation seeking an experienced Finance Architect and Oracle ERP Lead to support and enhance our Oracle Financials landscape across Europe. This hands-on leadership role combines finance systems expertise, solution architecture and stakeholder management, and is suited to someone who remains close to delivery and solution design rather than working in a purely strategic or enterprise architecture capacity. The role is hybrid in London, with 50% of the time in our Liverpool Street office. The rate is £750 per day for six months, with a very likely extension.
