Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year
Requirements: Solid hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) experience across corrective, preventive, refurbishment, external services and calibration processes.Good understanding of maintenance strategies, technical object master data, and integration with MM, PS and FI/CO.Experience as the primary or lead consultant on a workstream, project or support engagement.Data migration experience using tools such as Migration Cockpit or LSMW.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.For Consulting Lead level: experience leading EAM workstreams or acting as functional lead on complex engagements, plus exposure to pre-sales activities such as estimating or proposal input.S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred at Consulting Lead level. Experience in energy, oil and gas, utilities or other asset-intensive industries, and knowledge of Fiori, SAP Service and Asset Manager or Asset Performance Management, are advantageous. Responsibilities: Act as the primary functional consultant on PM-led EAM workstreams, integrating with MM, PS and FI/CO.Configure and design core maintenance processes, from technical objects and notifications through to orders, maintenance strategies and plans.Run client workshops, including fit-to-standard sessions, and translate requirements into solution designs.Deliver S/4HANA implementations, migrations and upgrades, including data migration, testing and documentation.Resolve complex incidents and change requests within our AMS function.Mentor less experienced consultants and share knowledge.At Consulting Lead level, lead EAM workstreams end to end, directing configuration, testing, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation.At Consulting Lead level, advise clients on maintenance and reliability strategy and the wider EAM landscape, including SAP Service and Asset Manager and Asset Performance Management.At Consulting Lead level, support pre-sales through estimating, solution input and proposal contributions.
