Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for experience in requirements management, business analysis, or digital transformation environments.We need experience supporting demand management, requirements gathering, or process improvement activities.We require the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements.We value strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.We need the ability to analyse information and balance business value, delivery considerations, and risk.We require candidates to meet our security and export control requirements, including baseline personnel security clearance and any higher vetting needed for the role.We prefer candidates with eligibility to meet UK residency requirements where applicable for security vetting. Responsibilities: We manage and continuously improve demand and requirements processes across our Digital Information organisation.We assess, capture, and structure business requests to support prioritisation and delivery planning.We work with stakeholders across strategy, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.We support governance forums by providing analysis on priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery considerations.We contribute to process improvement activities that enhance demand and requirements management practices across the organisation.We help teams make informed decisions on priorities and delivery trade-offs.
