Led by a highly experienced Managing Director, the team is focused on building a strong presence across Restructuring & Financial Advisory.

Interpath Asia is seeking an experienced Manager to join our dynamic Restructuring team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to support clients facing financial and operational distress by delivering innovative, high-impact advisory solutions.

You will lead teams providing a broad range of stakeholder advisory services, including independent business reviews, turnaround strategies, and financial restructuring support. The role spans both large, complex organisations and mid-market businesses, with occasional travel depending on assignment requirements.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Leading engagement teams (typically 4–8 people) and managing team resources effectively Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, senior executives, and key stakeholders Delivering detailed analysis and producing high-quality reports with clear recommendations Assessing complex situations and developing practical solutions for distressed businesses Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the Restructuring practice Coaching and mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team culture Ensuring all engagements are delivered in line with Interpath’s quality and engagement management standards For candidates with insolvency experience, you will also:

Manage a portfolio of insolvency engagements end-to-end, ensuring robust execution and full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks

Requirements

Education and Experience Required:

Strong academic track record including a HKICPA or equivalent accountancy professional qualification Demonstrable experience managing assignments across restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency advisoryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a proven track record of managing work streams effectivelyExcellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrable experience in developing client relationships and advising on restructuring solutionsWillingness to embrace multi-sector work and travel where necessaryAbility to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude and strong team influenceEnthusiasm for professional development and a commitment to mentoring junior team membersFluent business level English and Cantonese or Mandarin is essential.
