Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Develop and execute paid media strategies to support client growth, lead generation, and e-commerce objectivesHandle and manage a maximum of 5–8 client accounts simultaneously within the Australian marketManage advertising budgets ranging from AUD 500 up to AUD 40,000 monthly ad spend depending on client requirements and campaign scalePerform daily campaign monitoring, bid adjustments, audience optimization, and budget management to maximize campaign performanceAnalyze campaign data and key performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunitiesConduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures to improve results and performance efficiencyOptimize campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, click-through rates, and overall advertising performanceCreate and maintain accurate campaign tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards using tools such as Looker StudioAssist in the implementation and optimization of campaigns across additional paid advertising platforms including TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quantcast, and StackAdaptSupport both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns, with stronger focus on e-commerce advertising performanceCollaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams to align paid ads strategies, campaign execution, and client objectivesEnsure campaigns are launched accurately, delivered on time, and continuously optimized in a fast-paced environment with no backlogsStay updated with platform changes, paid advertising trends, and best practices across Google, Meta, and other digital advertising platformsMaintain clear and proactive communication regarding campaign updates, performance insights, and optimization recommendationsRequirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising and digital campaign management.Strong experience managing and optimizing campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Exposure to additional advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quantcast, and StackAdapt are nice-to-have.Experience handling both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns, with stronger exposure to e-commerce campaigns preferred.Proven capability in campaign implementation, optimization, and contributing to advertising strategy developmentFamiliarity with Google Ads account management, audience targeting, bid strategies, campaign analysis, and performance optimizationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and urgency in executionExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectivelyExperience working with multiple client accounts simultaneously; agency experience is an advantage but in-house experience is also acceptedComfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive, and time-tracking platformsExperience supporting Australian or international clients is an advantageAbility to manage varying campaign budgets and workloads across multiple advertising platformsSelf-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote/work-from-home setup Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
