About the job:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and outreach to prospective customersQualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteriaSchedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate records of activities in CRM systemsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach effortsRequirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage high-volume outreach and multitask effectively Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement Experience with CRM tools is an asset Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
