Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and paymentsMaintain and update general ledger accounts accuratelyReconcile bank statements and company accounts regularlyPrepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reportsManage accounts payable and accounts receivableProcess invoices and ensure timely paymentsMonitor financial transactions for discrepancies and resolve issuesAssist in budget preparation and financial forecastingEnsure compliance with financial policies and regulationsOrganize and maintain financial records and documentationRequired Software Programs:
