We’re looking for an AI Engineering Lead who is hands-on and deeply involved in building and scaling AI systems, to evolve this foundation into more robust architectures capable of handling higher volume, complexity, and concurrent interactions, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and cost.
What you’ll doLead the evolution of LLM and agent-based architectures
Design systems for high concurrency (voice, chat, event-driven)
Improve orchestration, observability, and control layers
Solve real production challenges: latency, stability, cost
Drive an AI-native engineering culture
What we’re looking for9+ years in software development and 4+ years in technical leadership
Must have hands-on experience applying AI in live product environments, working with systems that are actively used and continuously evolving
Strong background in scalable distributed systems
Active use of LLMs, agents, or automation in real-world systems
Comfortable working across the stack, with a solid understanding of modern web architectures
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS or similar)
High ownership and execution mindset
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
Fluent English communication
Preferred: experience in fintech or digital financial products
