We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Peoria location (10408 N. Centerway Drive, Suite H). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Peoria area. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel timeMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmationsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concernsInspect vehicle condition regularly and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe operationFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encounteredOrganize and load vehicles efficiently to optimize space and accessibilityMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesPhysical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safelyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitudeKnowledge of local traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practicesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededGPS navigation skills or willingness to learn route planning systemsCustomer service orientation with a positive, friendly demeanorAbility to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication BENEFITS
