Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Morris and surrounding areasNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivityProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesyMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or concernsInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to ensure safe operationsHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and meet customer expectationsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackOrganize and manage delivery schedules to meet time commitments and performance goalsFollow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and vehicle operation guidelines consistentlyBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the company brand professionally at every stop Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operationsAbility to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanorProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic route planningReliable transportation and consistent punctualityPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery itemsAbility to work independently while maintaining communication with team membersValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery purposesPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experiencePreferred: Familiarity with local Morris area roads and neighborhoods BENEFITS
