Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while delivering products to customers throughout the Bloomington areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery timesMaintain accurate delivery records and customer information using company systems and GPS navigation toolsProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concernsInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle cash and card transactions securely and accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encounteredMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition for delivery purposesAbility to pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle maintenance knowledgeReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery itemsPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer serviceAbility to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication BENEFITS
